Introduction

Setting up your rewards program offers flexibility - you can either select from pre-existing reward options available in the application or design a custom one to suit your needs. This tutorial will walk you through the process of establishing rewards for both your Points system and Referral initiatives.

Creating a reward

1. From the dashboard, go to Programs > Points.
2. Scroll down to the Redeeming Points section and click Add Another Reward.
3. Choose a way to redeem from the list:

a. Online Store

i) Amount Discount

ii) Percentage Off

iii) Free Shipping (Advanced Rewards)

iv) Free Product (Advanced Rewards)

b. POS (In-Store)

i) Amount Discount

ii) Percentage Off

4. On the next page, set your preferred settings in the following fields:

a. Reward Title - your preferred phrase for the reward

b. Points Type - for Fixed Amount discounts only

i) Fixed amount of points

ii) Incremented points

c. Reward - the discount value of the reward

d. Minimum Cart Requirement - you can set a minimum purchase value the reward can be used on

e. Apply to - you can set to apply the reward to all your products or specific ones

f. Purchase Type - additional setting for stores that have installed any subscription app (Change purchase type for discount rewards)

g. Reward Expiration - to set the expiration time to a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 24 months (Reward Expiration)

5. Click Create Reward to save your changes.

Deleting a reward

1. From the list of rewards, click Edit on the reward that you want to remove.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Yes, Delete on the confirmation window.
