Introduction

You have the option to set specific guidelines or usage rules for your rewards, giving you enhanced control over their utilization by customers. This guide outlines the various parameters available for managing rewards in your Loyalty & Referrals program.

Minimum Cart Requirement

This feature enables you to establish a required minimum purchase amount for the reward. When activated, customers must meet or exceed the specified order value to be eligible for applying the discount code.

Apply to

You have the flexibility to determine if the reward applies to the entire purchase or just a particular collection. Selecting the latter option restricts the discount to items within that designated group of products.

Purchase Type

For stores with subscription offerings, you can specify whether the discount is valid for one-time buys, recurring purchases, or both types of transactions.

Reward Expiration

This option allows you to implement a time limit on any reward. You can adjust the duration in monthly increments, setting the validity period anywhere from a single month up to two years.

Maximum shipping amount (Advanced rewards)

The Free Shipping incentive includes an option to cap the maximum shipping cost. This ensures the reward is only applied when the shipping fee is at or below the defined threshold.
