Program Activity

Introduction

The Program Activity page provides a comprehensive snapshot of your Loyalty program's ongoing events. This overview allows you to track customer sign-ups, friend referrals, and advancements within your VIP Program tiers.

Understanding your Program Activity

The page is structured into three distinct sections: Points activity (for the Loyalty program), Referrals activity (for the Referral Program), and VIP activity (for the VIP Program). Each section displays information in chronological order, with the most recent actions appearing at the top of each card.

  1. From your Loyalty dashboard, click Programs in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Activity.

Loyalty/Points Program

In the Points Program section, you'll find a summary of recent transactions. It displays, from newest to oldest, the members who joined, the points they received, and the dates of their activities and actions.

Referral Program

The Referrals section offers insights into your customers' referral performance. It includes details such as referral status, order values, and the dates when referrals were made.

Status

  • Unclaimed: Someone followed the referral link but did not submit their email
  • Pending: The Referred Friend entered their email and claimed their reward
  • Completed: The Referred Friend placed their first order
  • Blocked: Someone tried to claim the reward but the email was already associated with an existing customer.

VIP Program

If you have the VIP Tiers feature enabled, you'll be able to see which of your program members have unlocked a new Tier and when they unlocked it.
