Monitor the number of completed transactions that utilized a discount generated by Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals! This useful dashboard metric displays the aggregate revenue from finalized orders incorporating a Loyalty discount code. You can find it on the dashboard's right-hand side:

Analytics: Choosing a Date Range
The Analytics sections for both Loyalty and Referrals Programs feature a convenient Date Range selector in the upper right corner of each Program's data visualization. Choose from various preset date ranges or specify custom dates to further refine your Analytics data.
Loyalty Program Analytics
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Analytics > Points. This section allows you to monitor Loyalty Program membership growth, track point accrual and usage, and identify the most sought-after rewards. The Loyalty Program Analytics page is segmented into four distinct categories:
- Members: This graph illustrates member acquisition over time. The chart depicts new signups within the selected date range.
- Points Volume: This visualization represents the aggregate points accumulated and redeemed by participants in your Loyalty Program. The timeline showcases all point-related activities. Purple bars denote 'Points Acquired' while blue bars represent 'Points Redeemed.
- Points redemption rate: This metric reveals what percentage of total earned points have been exchanged for rewards.
- Popular rewards: This chart highlights the rewards that were most frequently chosen during the specified time frame.
Referral Program Analytics
From the Loyalty dashboard, go to Analytics > Referrals. In this area, you can observe the number of successful referrals, tally orders from referred customers, and quantify the revenue generated by these transactions. The Referrals Program Analytics page is divided into three main segments, each featuring its own chronological display:
- Revenue attributed to referred customers: This shows the revenue generated from customers who were referred by a friend.
- Referrals completed: This shows the number of completed referrals for the time selected.
- Orders generated from referred customers: This shows the number of orders that have been created by referred customers.
