Understanding your Dashboard Analytics & Reports

Introduction

Our recently unveiled Dashboard Analytics tool is here to offer you vital statistics on your company's performance. This functionality is crafted to showcase and present data that truly matters to you, converting fundamental e-commerce indicators into loyalty-centric metrics, and demonstrating the impact BrandLift has on your enterprise. Below is a breakdown of each component and its functionality.

Using the new Analytics Dashboard

For each metric, you can click View Report to see a more detailed breakdown. Utilize the date selection tool to specify a particular timeframe for your analysis - you have the option to view your data in weekly, monthly, or daily increments. The contrast function enables you to juxtapose information from various periods or categories.

For each metric, you can examine a daily breakdown of transactions, offering detailed insights into your sales figures.

Key metrics available

Here are the primary reports on your Dashboard and what they mean.

Total Sales Generated

This indicator displays the total earnings your business has generated within the chosen timeframe. This sum encompasses sales influenced by BrandLift, offering a comprehensive overview of your sales performance.

Total BrandLift Orders

This figure indicates the total count of transactions where a BrandLift discount code was applied, giving you a clear picture of the impact of BrandLift's loyalty scheme.

BrandLift Average Order Value (AOV)

This is determined by dividing the net revenue from BrandLift transactions by the number of those transactions. It signifies the typical value of orders made using BrandLift discounts, helping you gauge the financial impact of these transactions.

BrandLift Sales as a Percentage of Total

This percentage reveals the proportion of your overall sales that have been generated through BrandLift. It's a crucial measure of BrandLift's contribution to your total revenue.

Customer Life Time Value (LTV)

This replicates Triple Whale's dashboard definition of LTV, which is calculated as total sales divided by unique customers.

Returning Customer Revenue

This indicator shows the total income generated from repeat customers. It's a vital measure of customer retention and contentment.

New Customer Repurchase Rate

This mimics Lifetimely's definition of new customer repurchase rate.

For instance, the 30-day rate would be defined as: The percentage of new customers from the selected period who made another purchase 30 days after their initial order.
