The BrandLift Loyalty Dashboard offers a comprehensive snapshot of your Loyalty program's key metrics. It provides insights into recent activities, member statistics, redemption rates, point accumulation, widget engagement, email outreach, and overall sales generated.

Individuals enrolled in your store's loyalty program

Points Earned

Points accumulated by members through various store-related actions

Redemption Rate

The proportion of points redeemed compared to points earned by program participants

Widget Opens

Frequency of visitor interactions with the loyalty widget on your website

Emails Sent

Total count of emails dispatched to your customer base through the app

Total Sales Generated

Total sales generated is a combined statistic broken down into 4 parts outlined below.

  • Retention Revenue: Purchases made by clients who engaged with our application's email content in the past week.
  • Incentivized Revenue: Transactions from rewards program participants who applied a promotional code created by our application.
  • Conversion Revenue: Sales to shoppers who interacted with a BrandLift Loyalty feature on your website and subsequently completed a purchase.
  • Referral Revenue: Orders generated through referrals.

The Activity feed

Your activity log displays real-time updates of all recent loyalty program interactions. This includes point earnings, new sign-ups, and reward redemptions. The log is organized chronologically, with the most recent activities appearing at the top of the display.
