Why Run a VIP Program?

A great VIP Program extends beyond regular reward structures, unlocking an exclusive avenue of loyalty for your customers. Here's why it's crucial:

  1. Encourages Higher Spending
  2. Enhances Customer Retention
  3. Boosts Customer Satisfaction
  4. Differentiates Your Brand

Establishing a powerful VIP Program using BrandLift is simple, with plenty of flexibility to tailor it to your store's unique requirements and scenarios. Explore the following segments for more detailed information.

An Overview of BrandLift's VIP Program

The cornerstone of the VIP Program is its tiered structure, typically consisting of Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. This system offers a graduated scale of perks for your clientele. Although these tiers are preset, there's flexibility to tailor them to match your brand's unique style and values. Newcomers to the program start at the entry level, with the opportunity to unlock increasingly attractive benefits as they climb the loyalty ladder.

VIP Program Status

This toggle switch at the top of the page turns the program ON or OFF. Customers will not be able progress through tiers or view the program if this switch is toggled off.

VIP Tiers

The VIP Program is structured around a series of levels, called VIP Tiers, which customers advance through over time. You're free to create multiple tiers to suit your needs, but it's required to have at least one. The initial tier, often referred to as the foundation or introductory level, always begins with a goal of zero, as it's the starting point for all program participants. You can tailor each tier's characteristics - including its name, advancement goal, associated rewards, and other specifics - by selecting the 'Edit' option.

Program Start Date

This option determines the inception date of your VIP Program, marking the point from which customer activity begins to count towards advancement in VIP levels. For example, consider a customer who has earned 500 points in total (200 in January and 300 in March). If your Program Start Date is set to February, only the 300 points acquired from February onward will be applied towards reaching the next VIP status. It's important to understand that we can only monitor customer actions starting from the time the application is installed on their device.
