Migrating from Stamped
If you're looking to transfer your loyalty program members from another Shopify application, such as Stamped, into our app, you'll need to obtain a CSV file containing your customer data from your current provider. Most platforms offer a straightforward export option for this purpose. To export your loyalty members from Stamped, you'll need to email them at [email protected]. We've also outlined the steps below.
- Click this link to send an email to the Stamped team or visit their help center
- Stamped will email you a CSV file of your customers
- Next, navigate to the CSV Import page of your BrandLift Loyalty dashboard.
- Click Choose file and upload your CSV file.
Once you initiate the import process, you should be able to view your customers and their corresponding point balances on the Customers section.
