Migrating from Smile.io
If you're looking to transfer your loyalty program members from another Shopify application, such as Smile, to our app, you'll need to obtain a CSV file containing your customer data from your current platform. Most providers offer a simple way to export this information. Smile has some instructions on how to export your Loyalty members here. We've also outlined the steps below.
- Open the Smile dashboard to the customers page.
- Click the Export Customers button. Smile will email you a CSV file of your customers within a few minutes.
- Next, navigate to the CSV Import page of your BrandLift Loyalty dashboard.
- Click Choose file and upload your smile CSV file.
Once you've initiated the import process, you should be able to view your customers and their corresponding point balances on the Customers section.
