Migrating from Loyalty Lion
If you're looking to transfer your loyalty program members from a different Shopify app, such as Loyalty Lion, to our platform, you'll need to obtain a CSV file containing your customer data from your current provider. Most loyalty apps offer an export feature for this purpose. Loyalty Lion has some instructions on how to export your Loyalty members here. We've also outlined the steps below.
- Open the Loyalty Lion dashboard to the customers or members page.
- Click the Export Customers button. Loyalty Lion will email you a CSV file of your customers.
- Next, navigate to the CSV Import page of your BrandLift Loyalty dashboard.
- Click Choose file and upload your Loyalty Lion CSV file.
Once you've initiated the import process, you should be able to view your customers and their corresponding point balances on the Customers section of our app. Should you encounter any difficulties during this process, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via chat.
