Migrating from Growave
If you're looking to transfer your loyal customers from a different Shopify application, such as Growave, to our platform, you'll need to obtain a CSV file containing your customer data from that app. Most providers offer a straightforward process for exporting customer information. Growave has some instructions on how to export your Loyalty members here. We've also outlined the steps below.
- Open the Growave dashboard the Rewards Analytics section and tap on the 'Create report' button
- Select the items you'd like to export
- Click 'Send' and the CSV will be sent to your email.
- Next, navigate to the CSV Import page of your BrandLift Loyalty dashboard.
- Click Choose file and upload your Growave CSV file.
