Migrating from Yotpo
To transfer your loyal customers from Yotpo, you'll need to obtain the CSV file containing your loyalty program members. You can find guidance on this process from their help center on how to export your Loyalty members, we've also outlined the steps below.
- Open the Yotpo dashboard to the Customers page.
- Click the Export button and Yotpo will email you a CSV file of your customers within a few minutes.
- Next, navigate to the CSV Import page of your BrandLift Loyalty dashboard.
- Click Choose file and upload your Yotpo CSV file.
Once initiated, the import process should populate your Customers page with the transferred members and their corresponding point totals.
