Onboarding & Services plan
Our goal is to facilitate a hassle-free transition. We offer a comprehensive 1-3 week setup period managed by your assigned Onboarding Launch Team. This dedicated group will oversee the entire process, from initial configuration and data transfer to visual design, ensuring everything is in place for your program's debut.
1. Explore
The onboarding journey kicks off with an initial consultation where you'll meet the BrandLift team to discuss your objectives, expectations, and desired launch timeline.
2. Build
We pride ourselves on crafting loyalty programs that resonate with your brand identity. Our approach takes into account your specific business requirements, industry dynamics, and customer engagement patterns to develop a tailored and impactful loyalty strategy.
As part of our commitment, we'll develop a loyalty framework that seamlessly integrates with your brand while adhering to industry best practices. This encompasses all aspects, from the overall structure and reward levels to visual branding elements.
If you're moving from another platform, don't worry. We provide complimentary migration assistance to ensure a smooth transition from other loyalty solutions to our system. This includes secure transfer of all your existing information, maintaining uninterrupted customer service.
3. Walkthrough
After the initial consultation, your assigned Onboarding Launch Team will provide a comprehensive overview of the program. This includes a detailed demonstration of our platform, an outline of the subsequent steps, and a review of your customized loyalty program design.
4. Launch
We'll work in tandem with you and your team to deploy your Loyalty & Referrals program according to your preferred schedule.
Customer Support Training Workshops
Implementing new software involves ensuring your team is equipped to utilize it effectively for customer support. We provide a tailored training session for your customer service team to familiarize them with the new loyalty platform. This covers essential tasks such as managing customer accounts, adjusting points and tiers, and overseeing the program.
