Bonus Campaigns

Introduction

Bonus Campaigns provide a way to boost customer engagement by offering extra points for specific actions during a limited time frame. You can set up multipliers for different earning opportunities, rewarding customers with more points for completing actions like placing an order or signing up, throughout the campaign duration. This is an effective strategy to drive short-term sales and increase loyalty program participation.

How it works

The Bonus Campaign applies a multiplier to the standard point values for the selected "Ways to Earn", resulting in customers earning more points per qualifying action. This allows customers to accumulate points at a faster rate during the limited-time campaign period.

Setting up Bonus Campaigns

  1. From the dashboard, go to Loyalty > Bonus Campaigns.
  2. Click Create Campaign or New Bonus Campaign.
  3. Add a Campaign Name (for internal use only).
  4. Choose a Start and End time for the campaign.
  5. Set the Multiplier Rules for the Ways to Earn you want to include.
  6. Save your changes.

When a Bonus Campaign is active, the Ways to Earn included in the campaign will display a Bonus Active label on your Points Program page. This makes it easy to see which actions are offering bonus points during the campaign period.
