Introduction

Enhance your loyalty program by offering bonus points for purchases within certain product collections. Configurable collection multipliers allow you to award customers additional points when they buy items from specific collections. This incentivizes more focused spending and further rewards your most loyal customers for purchasing their preferred products.

How it works

Configure multipliers for particular product collections so customers earn supplementary points when they purchase from those collections. The multiplier is applied at the time of checkout, with the extra points incorporated into the total earned from each order.

Setting up Collection Multipliers

1. Go to Loyalty > Points.
2. Click Edit on the Place an Order Way to Earn.
3. Under Collection Multipliers, click Edit > Add Multiplier.
4. Select the collection you want to apply the multiplier to.
5. Enter the multiplier (e.g., entering 2 will give double the points for that collection).
6. Save your changes

To remove a collection multiplier, click the trash icon next to it.
