Accessing Landing Page Settings

To modify the settings of your Loyalty Landing Page, navigate from your BrandLift dashboard to Loyalty Program > Onsite, and then click on Landing Page.

General Settings

Customize the appearance of buttons on the Loyalty Landing Page in this section. This includes styling for the Login/Signup banner buttons, their counterparts for authenticated users, and the modal button. To align these buttons with your website's design, simply copy and paste the class name from an existing button on your site.

How to Copy a Button's Class Name:

1. On your storefront, right-click on the button whose style you want to copy.
2. Select 'Inspect' from the right-click menu.
3. In the console, find the highlighted HTML of the button which displays its class name.
4. Copy this class name.
5. Paste the class name into the corresponding field in BrandLift for the button you're customizing.

Banner Settings

Configure the banner component of your loyalty landing page in this area. Tailor the content and options for both non-registered visitors and logged-in customers.

Logged Out

• Title: Example - "Join our Loyalty Program"
• Subtitle: Example - "Join for free and begin earning points & rewards every time you shop."
• Sign Up Button Text: "Join Now"
• Login Button Text: "Sign In"

Logged In Member

• Title: Example - "Welcome to the program"
• Subtitle: Example - "As a member, you will earn points for shopping"
• Earn Button Text: "Earn points"
• Redeem Button Text: "Redeem Rewards"

How it Works / Activity Settings

Adjust the guidelines and procedures explaining how the loyalty program functions for both new visitors and existing members.

Logged Out (How It Works)

Headings and subheadings for the loyalty program onboarding process, such as Registration, Point Accumulation, and Redemption, to guide new participants.

Logged In (Member Activity)

Personalized notifications displaying the member's name, current point balance, and point expiration information. Additionally, configure settings to show user activities and available reward options.

Ways to Earn

Modify the content describing how customers can accumulate points in this section. This includes the modal text for special earning opportunities like birthday bonuses, with fields for date entry and confirmation.

Ways to Redeem

Edit the information about how members can exchange their points for rewards in this area. Provide headings and subheadings for the various reward options available.

VIP Tiers

Update the descriptions of your loyalty program's VIP Tiers for both non-members and current participants. Emphasize the advantages of joining the VIP loyalty program and outline the different tier levels available to members.

Create a VIP Tiers Table

Follow these instructions to create a comprehensive display of VIP Tiers on the Loyalty Landing Page, showcasing the various levels and their associated benefits. This information will be presented in the BrandLift: VIP Tiers app section within your theme.

VIP Tiers Table Layout

Tier Names and Thresholds: Tier names are pulled in from your VIP Program Setup. Add any text you wish for the thresholds displayed underneath.

Perks by Tier: Define the benefits offered at each tier level. Enumerate each perk and indicate which tiers are eligible. Examples of perks may include points earned per dollar spent, complimentary shipping, and other exclusive benefits specific to your program.
