Brighten up your banner to make it more unique and add your brand icon!

Adding a Banner Image

1. From the Loyalty dashboard, go to On-Site Displays > Floating Widget.
2. Click Banner Images.
3. Find the Banner Image section
4. To add an image, you can either drag and drop it from your computer's directory into this area, or click 'browse' to navigate through your files and choose the desired image.

Adding a Brand Icon

This spot is ideal for a visual representation of your brand identity. Your Shopify store's favicon would be a perfect fit here. Remember to use an image that maintains its clarity even when scaled down, as overly large images may appear distorted in this space.

1. Go to On-Site Displays > Floating Widget.
2. Click Banner Images.
3. Find the Banner Icon section.
4. Once more, you have the option to drag and drop your chosen image from a folder into this designated area, or use the 'browse' function to locate and select it from your computer's directories.
5. Don't forget to click Save once you're done!

Removing an image

Should you wish to delete an image at any point, simply hover your cursor over the image and click the trash can icon that appears.

Common questions

Is there a limit to the number of rewards that can be shown on the widget?

For optimal display, the widget will showcase only 10 of your created rewards. However, if you'd like to view all rewards simultaneously, please don't hesitate to contact our support team, and we'll be glad to help you with this request.
