Our Judge.me integration allows your customers to accumulate rewards for submitting reviews! This guide will explain how to link your Judge.me account with BrandLift, enabling your customers to gain points when they leave a product review. You have the option to grant points for this action either multiple times or just once. You'll need to have the Judge.me app installed on your Shopify store before starting this process.

How to connect BrandLift Loyalty with Judge.me

1. Open the Integrations page.
2. Find Judge.me in the Reviews & UGC section and click Configure.
3. Navigate to the API keys section of your Judge.me app.
4. Copy your API token from Judge.me and add it to the field provided.
5. Click Update integration.

Create the Way to Earn in BrandLift

1. From your Loyalty dashboard, go to Programs > Points.
2. Select Add Another Way to Earn > Post a product review.
3. Select Judgeme from the dropdown.
4. Enter the points amount you wish to award.
5. Optional: Set a cap on the number of times each customer can receive points for submitting a review. If you initially chose to award points only once during the integration setup, please deselect this option.
6. Click Save and make sure the status is set to On.

Common Questions

Will the app award points to all my customers?

BrandLift's default setting is to grant Loyalty points exclusively to Members. However, you have the flexibility to modify the Points program participation in your settings. For more details, please refer to the 'Change Points program participants' section.

Can I change how many times a customer can earn points for this action?

Absolutely! You can modify that in the Ways to Earn configuration.

How do I disconnect the integration?

Navigate to the Judge.me integration page, remove your private API key, and switch the integration status to Off.
