1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation - or click here
2. Under Menus, click on Main menu
3. Click Add menu item
4. Add the best title (e.g. 'Get $5') and search for the dedicated referrals page you created here
5. Click Add and then click Save.
