Set the order channels to reward customers

Introduction

Regardless of your chosen sales platform, you have the flexibility to customize your order criteria, determining which purchases qualify for customer rewards and allowing you to maintain full control over your Loyalty initiative.

Configure the order channels to reward your customers

This feature enables you to fine-tune your Loyalty scheme to align with your specific requirements and goals. Remember to activate the 'Place an order' option in your Ways to Earn settings.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Orders.
  3. Scroll down to Order channels to reward customers.
  4. Select the best option for rewarding your customers:
    1. Online and POS (Default) - Adds points for orders placed in your store and break-and-mortar stores
    2. Online - Only adds points for orders placed in your online store
    3. POS - Only adds points for orders placed through Shopify POS.
    4. Save changes.
