Introduction
The enhanced VIP Tiers settings enable you to configure precise point thresholds for specific customer segments, unlocking customized earning options within your Loyalty program.
How it works
Imagine you have a rewards program in your store where customers earn points for every dollar they spend. To incentivize your most loyal shoppers, you've decided to implement a tiered system that awards bonus points based on membership status. Under this new system, Gold-level members will earn 3 points per dollar spent, Silver members will earn 2 points per dollar, and Bronze members will continue to earn the base rate of 1 point per dollar.

Common questions
I want to multiply 4 points for every higher tier. What values should I set?
- Earning value for base tier (ex. Bronze): 1 point
- Earning value for intermediate tier (ex. Silver): 4 points
- Earning value for highest tier (ex. Gold): 8 points.
Can I multiply points for other actions?
You can only set different earning values to the 'Place an order' and 'Celebrate a birthday' Ways to Earn at the moment, but we would love to hear your ideas! Please submit your feedback here.
How can I adjust the global earning value?
Please use the standard 'Earning points' field to set your global value. If all your tiers have custom values, they will not use the default one. However, you can always delete a custom value if necessary. In that case, your tier will use the default earning value again.
