How to connect BrandLift with Novel
The BrandLift-Novel connection can be established through Novel's integration interface.
- Open Novel
- Under Settings & Support, click Configure
- Go to the Integrations tab
- Find BrandLift and enter your BrandLift API Key
- Click Save.

Points earned through Novel are incorporated into your customer's BrandLift point balance. This enables them to claim rewards you've established for online and in-store purchases at your POS locations.

- Online - By logging in to their customer account
- POS - By scanning the QR code on their wallet pass.
Can I sync my VIP tiers to Novel?
BrandLift VIP tiers and associated rewards don't automatically sync with Novel, as it has its own configuration process. However, you have the option to maintain consistent naming and create a comparable tiered earning structure. Ultimately, members would accumulate BrandLift points for actions completed through their wallet pass.
Are my customer's referrals tracked in BrandLift?
No. Referrals made through Novel are tracked within your Novel account. The integration with BrandLift would solely award points for completed referrals.
