How to sync new settings

Introduction

Occasionally, you might need to make updates to your e-commerce platform, like installing a fresh design template. These modifications may not always automatically update within the application. Should this occur, you have the option to manually synchronize the app, ensuring your chosen settings are applied to your updated template.

Syncing new settings

  1. From the dashboard, go to Settings.
  2. Select Troubleshooting, then click Sync Store.
  3. Wait a few moments while syncing is in progress.
  4. The notice below will change from ' Syncing... ' to ' Successfully synced ' when the process is completed.

Common Questions

Why does the icon say "Undefined" after my changes?

If you notice the term 'undefined' displayed on the icon, it could indicate that the synchronization process either didn't finish or hasn't begun. Simply repeat the synchronization steps to apply your settings, and verify that the process completes successfully.

Can I test the app on an unpublished theme?

Currently, the application cannot be set up or evaluated on themes that aren't live. It's only possible to test it on themes that are actively running on your site.
