Introduction

Hyperlinks offer the simplest method to showcase your Customer Loyalty Program with a single click. Boost engagement and attract new members by incorporating these links into menu options, call-to-action buttons, text content, and any location where you'd typically place a standard URL!

Add links to your Dedicated Page

Create a dedicated landing page within your online store to introduce potential customers to the benefits of your Customer Loyalty Program. If you haven't created a Dedicated Loyalty Page yet, please visit our guide here →

Navigation Menu

1. From the Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
2. On the Navigation page, click the title of the menu that you want to edit.
3. Click Add menu item.
4. Enter the name you wish for your Dedicated Loyalty Page. This will be the name displayed in the menu only.
5. Insert your Page's URL into the Link field. Alternatively, you can locate the page by selecting Pages from the Shopify dropdown menu.
6. Click Add to save your new menu item.
7. Click Save menu.

Button link

1. From the Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
2. In Current Theme, click Customize. If you want to edit a theme that hasn't been published yet, please find Theme Library section.
3. In the menu at the top, select the page of your store you will add the button to (e.g. Home page).
4. In the left-side menu, find an existent button or click Add block to add a new button. Please note that you can only add one button per section.
5. Click the new block that has been added and add the button label.
6. Paste your Dedicated Page's URL into the Button link field. You can also find the page by choosing Pages from Shopify's dropdown options.
7. Click Insert to add the link and then click Save.

4. In the left-side menu, find an existent Text block or click Add block to add a new one. Please note that you can only add one text per section.
5. Click the new block that has been added to open details. Highlight the text you want to add the link and click the Insert Link button.
6. Enter your Dedicated Page's URL in the Link field. Another option is to search for the page via the Pages selection in Shopify's dropdown menu.

Announcement Bar

1. From the Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
2. In Current Theme, click Customize. If you want to edit a theme that hasn't been published yet, please find Theme Library section.
3. In the left-side menu, click Announcement bar, and then click Add Announcement.
4. Click the new block that has been added to edit details. You can change the text and the color scheme according to your theme.
5. Input your Dedicated Page's URL in the Link field. You may also locate the page by selecting Pages from Shopify's dropdown list.

Add links to your Floating Widget

Anchor links, which function like regular URLs, can activate the Floating Widget. Below is a compilation of anchors and their corresponding widget sections.

• #ba-loyalty-home → The front page of the widget

• #ba-loyalty-ways-to-earn → Ways to Earn
• #ba-loyalty-redeem → Ways to Redeem

💡 Pro Tip: When adding a new menu item, only use the deep links, not the entire URL.

These anchor links are versatile and can be applied to various elements such as buttons, text, navigation menus, and announcement bars. You even have the option to conceal the Widget Button and utilize deep links to launch the Floating Widget upon interaction.
